Music is Life. Writing is a journey. Together it creates Stories.

"Transmitting Receiving"

"Transmitting Receiving"

Zach and Max are hanging out on Max's porch waiting for the mail.

Zach: What's the new job?

Max: You know I can't tell you that.

Zach: Better than when it was "mushrooms." I never understood the whole transporting "atoms" thing.

Max: You're not supposed to talk about it. I should never have even told you. It's just hard not to talk about "their colliders.” Who knows what is actually going on.

Zach: You need to stop inviting me on your pickups. So you really have no clue?

Max: "We are receiving" something today. That's all I know.

Zach: You receive. I'm just hanging out. Hopefully it's something boring. Like "salmon, pinecones, office dividers" or whatever.

Max: A couple years ago it was apparent it was for a biologist. There were "mitochondria" and "caterpillars."

Zach: You supposed to look?

Max: No. The "packages left at the door" sometimes have symbols or holes and I start to put it together.

Zach: You started with "tin cans" and if you don't watch out you'll be delivering "earth's core."

Max: Sure man. More likely it's "mustard seeds, turtles, weeds," even "herds of elk."

Zach: What if it's "teeth?"

Max: Then "you, me" have a bigger problem. I'm pretty sure that's illegal.

Zach: It's not like it could be "flocks of birds, forest fires, crispy chicken, Bengal tigers," or nitrous oxide.

Max: Probably "jewelry" or "lumps of coal." Stuff that just feels like "things gettin' pulled into black holes." Things no one cares about.

Zach: Can you imagine a box on your doorstep with "horses, wagons, aeorplanes," and "cars?"

Max: Have you ever watched the water in "bathtubs" run "into drains?"

Zach: Duh.

Max: "Some things aren't visible."

Zach: What. "Like yesterday, beams of light," or "cellphones calls."

Max: Yeah "and tomorrow."

Zach: "No, some things aren't visible."
